Bernard CASAGRANDE/ Partner (aged 40) :
Originally from Cannes, Bernard studied accountancy at Nice university
(IAE) where he obtained a masters degree in accountancy (MSTCF) in 1988.
At the same time he had a professional sports career in snowboarding
in which he became champion of France in 1989.
He joined Casagrande & Partners in 1989 and qualified as a chartered
accountant in 1996.
Chartered accountant in various subjects, he leads consultant assignments
to company managers, from the planning of the project through to the
operational stage. He is involved in a number of assignments advising
companies in judicial and financial matters as well as acquisitions
and mergers.
His specialist skills cover taxation, social advice (profit sharing
and salary savings), inheritance management and acquisition assessment.

> Patrick AUMERAS/ Partner
(aged 49) :
He qualified for a masters degree in economics at Nice university (1978)
and became a chartered accountant in 1985.
He started his career at "Frinault" in 1979, secondment in
Canada (1982 - 1984) in Toronto, then became computer audit area manager
for Frinault from 1984 to 1988. From 1989 he expanded his
business into the public sector. He became partner in 1990.
Between 1990 and 1993, general director of a group of small and medium
sized firms in the Benelux. In 1993 he opened a firm in the public sector
in Paris, an accountant and audit specialist in the cinema and audio-visual
sector.
In addition to being a chartered accountant and auditor, his special
skills cover management and information systems, public sector and financial
audit advising.
He has been a senior partner of Casagrande & Partners since 2000.

Jean Charles ACCIAIOLI (aged 37) :
Holder of a management masters degree from the university of Toulon
since 1990, and a qualified chartered accountant since 1999.
He has worked for Casagrande & Partners since 2001.
He specialises in auditing, consolidation and merger of company groups
as well as financial aspects of groups.
He also provides wide experience in judicial matters and company finances
(this was the subject for his report for his degree in accountancy).
He also supervises the management control of our company.

> Sylvie THOMAS (aged
28) :
Qualified from a superior commercial school (EDHEC), then completed
a bachelor of law degree. She joined Andersen Paris in 2001 as a junior
auditor.
She completed her tax specialisation by obtaining a tax strategy masters
degree and joined Casagrande and Partners in 2003. She is involved as
a main adviser in assignments in the following areas :
tax planning for firms and private individuals
judicial and tax engineering

> Anne BERNARD (aged 37) :
Holder of the title of accountant and tax system masters degree (MSTCF),
she has great experience in various disciplines of accountancy due to
her 10 years as a chartered accountant trainee.
Very involved in advising on implementation of trust and company structures,
she uses her specialisation with a high national patrimonial management
diploma.
She joined the consultant sector of our firm in 2001 with assignments
to assist company managers in the professional development and inheritance
knowledge and their investment and forwarding projects.
Her specialist skills mainly cover :
social and income tax status advice for company managers
inheritance audit
protection of partners and heirs
company transfers
studies of solutions for tax exempting
global tax optimisation
She is equally able to be involved in advisory assignments, preparing
provisional and budgetary reports and company reconstruction.

> Caroline CAVELLIER
(aged 35) :
She joined the business in 1989 in a general capacity, and has progressively
become involved in many disciplines: taxation, management control and
benefits.
She became a chartered accountant in 1998 and specialised in benefits
consultancy. She broadened her knowledge by obtaining a social law and
human resource management degree in 2002. She also has the title of
support adviser for the conversion to a 35 hour week as
directed by the department Work and Employment.
At the moment, she supervises the benefits sector of our firm assisted
by three other advisers. Her specific skills cover full employee management,
protection of management benefits, personal consultancy in benefits
management, optimisation of remuneration systems and legal advice in
the case of disputes.
